Notice is hereby given that the
Board of Trustees of the Nye
County School District, State
of Nevada, will act on a RESO-
LUTION TO AUGMENT/RE-
VISE the General School Fund
for the 1997-1998 fiscal year in
the amount of $1,051,637, the
Debt Service Fund in the amount
of<$21,293>, the Building and
Sites Fund in the amount of
$112,145, the Capital Projects
Fund in the amount of
$3,457,133, the Food Service
Fund in the amount of $20,946,
the Federal Fund in the amount
of $783,100, the Special Rev-
enue Fund in the amount of
$2,355,739, the Program Im-
provements Fund in the amount
of <$230,580>, the.Insurance
Fund in the amount of<50,000>,
the AB964 Fund in the amount
of<$656,921>, the Special Pro-
grams Fund in the amount of
$389,093, the Health Insurance
Fund in the amount of
<$1,581.749>, the State Fund
in the amount of $1,562,621,
and the Agency Fund in the
amount of $82,350, and includes
$3,848,696 in interfund trans-
fers, in order to provide for the
revision of expenditure esti-
mates at a meeting to be held at
the Nye County School District
Southern District Office, Pahr-
ump, Nevada, on Wednesday,
December 10, 1997, at 2:00
p.m., at which time all persons
may attend and be heard. Prior
to the meeting, written corn-
ments may be filed with the
Clerk of the Board and will be
considered.

will accept written sealed bids
for the removal and replace-
ment of existing pool deck coat-
ing for the community pool,
Pahmmp, Nevada.
The Contractor will be required
tO:
Furnish all of the materials and
equipment and perform all of
the labor necessary to complete
all of the work as required for
this project.
Two separate cost figures will
be required. Number one figure
will be for approximately 7,000
square feet of new decking and
Number two will be for approxi-
mately 4,500 square feet of new
decking. Marbelite or equiva-
lent is specified for surfacing.
All bids must be submitted,
sealed in an envelope marked
