Central Nevada Utilities Company ("Appliemtt") has filed an application, desig-
nated as Docket No. 97-9033, with the Public Service Co--on of Nevada (now"
the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada) ("Commission"). Applicant seeks a
permit to construct 2,565 feet of 4-inch and 8-inch force sewer main, two sewer lift
stations, and related appurtenances within its service territory in and d the
Calvada Valley Unit 11 Subdivision in the area of P,Nevada.
The application was filed pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 703 and 704 of
NRS and NAC, in particular, NRS 704.820 to 704.900, inclusive, and NAC 703.415
to 703.428, inclusive, and is on file andavailable for viewing by the public at the
