GIVEN that the Town of
Tonopah, as Owner, invites
and will receive sealed bids
for supplying and installing
chain link fencing at the
-.Tonopah Mining Park. The

indicated in the upper left
hand corner. No bids will be
accepted after this time. Bids
will be opened at the regular
scheduled Tonopah Town
Board Meeting commencing
at 7:00 p.m. on October 8,
1997, Tonopah Convention
Center, Tonopah, Nevada.

Project consists of three sepa-
rate fences:
Fence #1 - from the Visitor
Cen-ter to Judge Davis house
fence: 50' x 6' high galvanized
chain link fence, 11 ga, with
tension wire top and bottom.
Fence will have a 14' double
drive through gate.
Fence #2 - from the-Visitor
Center to the Glory Hole
fence: 95' x 4' high black vi-
nyl coated chain link fence,
11 ga. before vinyl coating
with top rail and tension wire
on bottom. Fence will have a
14' drive through and a 4'
walk through gate with black
vinyl coated chain link mate-
rial.

within ten (10) days of notifi-

reject any and all proposals
or accept the proposal wch
is deemed by the Ton0pala
Town Board to be in the best
interest of the Tonopah Town

Board also reserves the right
to waive any irregularities
