One of the highlights of the weekend will be the Friday night September 19, performance and workshop by Grassy winner dobro expert Jerry Douglas and guitar and mandolin player Peter Rowan. Tickets for Friday night only will be $20 at the main gate of the Millpond Festival only, they will not be sold in advance. There will be no Saturday night, September 20 only tickets this year when Queen Ida and her Bon Temps Zyedco Band appear, but an all-day Saturday ticket may be purchased for $35; Sunday, September 21, only tickets, which will feature the Gospel Hummingbirds with an in- credible gospel morning, and regularly sell for $30 will be offered to the lnyo-Mono community at a discount of $25. The Inyo Council for the Arts will admit any Inyo- Mono student under 18 years of age free, and low income seniors may apply for a special scholarship through IMAAA and the Senior Centers. If you would really like a ticket but can't afford one, the Festival encourages volunteers to work and eight hour shift in exchange for tickets.
