ATTENTION TAXPAYER
On July 14, 1997 the Nye County Assessor's office mailed unsecured
property tax bills for Manufactured Homes, unsecured porches, fences,
sheds, etc. Due to the implementation of the new home delivery system in
Pahmmp, many bills have been returned due to old addresses in the
AssessoCs records. If you have unsecured property or a /anufactured
Home and have not received your tax bill, please contact the Nye County
Assessor's office at (702) 751-7060 or (702) 482-8174 with your correct
mailing address. These taxes must be paid by August 18, 1997 to avoid
penalties.

In addition to furnishing
and delivering propane the
successful bidder(s) shall
agree to the following:
1. Price adjustment may
be allowed during the terms
of the contract for increases
or decreases to the unit price
of the same amount as
charged by the contractor's
supplier(s). Written notifica-
tion to Nye County must be
accompanied by substantial,
acceptable documentation
that the change is general.
2. Furnishing and install-
ing, where necessary, com-
plete and adequate storage
tanks, together with neces-
sary regulators, miscella-
neous fittings and piping to
connect into present supply
lines at each tank location at
no cost to the County. The
storage installation shall com-
ply with all standards and
codes.
3. The successful bidder
must provide service for af-
filiated equipment such as gas
furnaces and other gas appli-
ances at the respective County
locations. The dealer should
travel, if applicable. Service
must be rendered within a
reasonable time of call-out.
The ability to service may
influence the award of the
bid to supply propane.
4. The successful bidder
will be responsible for the
relighting of all gas furnaces
and other gas appliances if
the County is allowed to run
out of propane at any time.
Bids are to be Submitted
inside a sealed envelope and
be marked "PROPANE BID
#97-22." This bid must be
received in the hands of the
Nye County Clerk, PO Box
1031, Tonopah, Nevada not
later than 10 a.m. on the 15th
day of August, 1997 for open-
ing immediately thereafter.
