They're.here!
Flying saucers have landed in the United States! The
accompanying photograph is conclusive proof of this phe-
nomena -- this photograph has not been retouched, and

comes to us straight from a major
aircraft manufacturer.
Will panic reign in the streets?
Will society collapse? Will crimi-
nals take over? Not likely. That's just what this flying
saucer is here to prevent.
The saucer is a product of Sikorsky Aircraft the
collect video images. With an altitude ceiling of 8,000 feet, it
could look into any office window of the World Trade Center
and send back telemetry -- kind of a robot voyeur...
Sikorsky is currently testing Cypher in Florida, and they
assure me that none of the UFO sightings down there have
been attributed to their craft. They actually send out press
releases in the areas they're testing in, just because of that.

famed helicopter manufacturer and is named Cypher. It region. He can be contacted
may very well become the nwest weapon in crime fight -
ing, search and rescue and other situations that could bring
possible harm to its htan counterparts.
According to Sikorsky's
Bill Tuttle, "Cypher is a fully
autonomous Unmanned
Aerial Vehicle (UAV)" So
this is not just your run-of-
the-mill, hi-tech, remote
controlled flying saucer. It
has the ability toifind its|
own way to a specified loca-
tion -- no joy stick to mas-
ter, just tell it where you
want it to go and send it off.
The 6.5 foot diameter,
250 pound Cyigher uses twin
rotors -- one spinning
clockwise, the other spin-
ning counterclockwise --
thereby eliminating the need
for the tail found on a nor-
mal helicopter. The shroud
that gives it it' s "flying sau-
cer" look is there to protect
the rotors .from trees, build-
ings and other obstacles.
The "War of the Worlds"
eye you see atop the craft is a
video camera, allowing
Cypher to send back TV sig-
nals to its operators. -Mr.
Tuttle explains, "Cypher can
fly low to the ground, and
slowly." Thereby giving it a
distinct advantage over other
types of surveillance.
