MIRROR - Thursday, June 18, 2015 g Solutions Recovery now open in Pahrump by Robin Hebrock Mirror Staff Addiction can and does have a major impact on the lives of Pahrump.residents, something evidenced regularly in The Mirror Crime Report. As those who have dealt with it can attest, addiction can grab hold of a person and make it very difficult for them to live their lives in a positive manner. Whether dealing with an alcohol or drug addiction, there is help available. A new treatment center, Solutions Recovery Inc., has opened an office in, the valley and is now accepting  clients. Solutions Recovery Inc. is a leading rehabilitation center based out of Las Vegas and when staff saw there was a need in Pahrump, the door was opened for branching out. "Overcoming addiction requires effective treatment and a strong support system and our new location offers life-changing therapies in an area that has long been under-served for these ser- vices," Solutions Recovery President David Marion said in the press release regarding the new office. "By providing outpatient treatment, our goal is to help community members address significant substance abuse issues while still sustaining the important pro- fessional and personal aspects of their daily lives." The rehabilitation center offers intensive outpatient treatments 24 hours a day and 365 days per year, with any person 18 years or older welcome as a client. The intensive outpatient therapies being provided local- ly include free assessments to determine treatment needs, group .therapy, individual therapy and contin- ued care planning. For the treatment of alcoholism, several aspects can be brought together for the success of the cli- ent, including 24 hour clinical care, family support, up-scale residential housing and even experimental therapies. With drug addiction rehabilitation, inter- vention plans, evidence based treatments, private ., transportation and dual diagnosis programs form the ' basis of recovery. Detox services for those who are ' experiencing drug or alcohol withdrawals can also be provided through the program but those patients may be required to visit the Las Vegas facility for that purpose. "Solutions Recovery collaborates with each client to develop customized treatment plans accommo- dating an individual's unique lifestyles, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, special needs and any additional details affecting their recovery," the press release J read. Marlon concluded, "Solutions Recovery's mis- sion focuses on addiction as a treatable disease and Briefly Noted Path of Hope i: pantry hours changed The New Hope Fel- lowship Path of Hope Food Pantry has changed its hours of operation to " 8 a.m. through 10 a.m. each Wednesday. The pantry provides food items to struggling indi- viduals and is located at 781 West St. GREAT Sum- mer Program Sign-ups for the Nye County Sheriff's Office's Treatment center accepting clients NOW OPEN - Solutions Recovery Inc. has opened an office in Pahrump, located inside of the HealthCare Partners medical building at 1306 E. Calvada Blvd. The treatment center offers programs for drug and alcohol rehabilitation. we plan to provide a safe and supportive environment for recovery at our new office. In addition to helping people recover from addic- tion, Solutions Recovery provides chronic pain treat- ment as well. Free doctor assessments along with pain recovery programs, physical therapy, family sessions and chiropractic treatment are used to help residents recuperate. Solutions Recovery of- ficially opened its doors in Pahrump on June 1 and is accepting clients. The office is located at 1306 Calvada Blvd. inside the HealthCare Partners medical build- ing.
