Our Memorial Day weekend was cold and windy but we accepted Mother Nature's way and will look forward to warm summer days. What a great week we had. How wonderful it was to have so many folks stop by for lunch. We visited briefly with Mary Fairchild, Alice Carvo, Charlotte Box, and Ken and Connie Gates of Goldfield, Irene Jeffrey, Avis Cox, Rose Skanovsky, Dorothy Smith, Lucile Schuetz, Dolly Morse, Debbie Kaminsky, Paula Douglass, and Wayne and Gerri Wallace. Brent and Rosemary McElroy passing through on their way to Utah, and Mel and Betty Gouker of Las Vegas, McDonald and Myrna (Brotherton) Degenaar of Fallon, Henry Clark of California and Bonnie Connor from San Diego. Would you believe that Char- lotte Kelley let hubby Dugan out of the stockade and come in for lunch? We do hope these folks enjoyed their time with us. We are so pleased to have Van and Bill Crawford back with us. They have been in California for sometime where Van has been recovering from a serious illness. Welcome home and we send our best wishes to you for a speedy recovery. Welcome aboard to Harold Myers who is replacing Ellen Allison as van driver for our center. We owe many thank you to Ellen for a job well done, she was an asset to our center and we will truly miss her.
