Our chef, Mike Edwards, has offered where possible, to alter the meal being served for those that may have a problem with some item that is being served. Just give Mike a call, allowing enough time. We have again tried to rearrange the smoking tables to accommodate those that do not smoke or find it offensive and we are spraying the room prior to dinner. We do meet the requirements of the law. Wednesday was Birthday night, and we missed our guest of honor, Kathy Welch. The cake was great and we had a good crowd. When we have a night with 25 persons there really is no excuse when we have a count of 8. The center is for you, let's use it to its fullest extent. Work with us. We are trying to work with you.
