Why did the Chicken Cross the Road?
"To come to C.R. Homes", of course.
When you are driving down the roads in
Pahrump you will see this question posted in
several different locations. This is the effort
of the new and only female contractor in the
growing South County Community to at-
tract attention to her new model home lo-
cated at the Desert Trails Master Planned
Community.
This model is one of a kind and has an
extra bit of a woman' s touch in the design as
well as all the plumbing extras thatmake a
home complete. The owners of this new
company are Randy and Charlene
Pasqualetto. Who have both been in the
building industry for the last 15 years and
bring all their expertise and knowle:lge to
their homes.
Charlene has her General Contractor's li-
cense and has worked in Southern California
for Don Zellner, Zellner Communities as well
as other major Southern California builders.
Randy has been in the plumbing industry
for at least 20 years, owning a family-oper-
ated company and working for Plumbing
Concepts in Southern Calitbrnia as well.
The couple moved to Pahrump, some two-
years ago due to the growth and opportunities
here. To date, they have built two four-plexes,
one duplex and several single-family homes.
There will be a Grand Opening on April 5
and 6 for the public to preview this new
model home in the Desert Trails develop-
ment. The Grand Opening will also include
models from Sundance and Robertson Homes,
Dennis Penticroft, AAA Mortgage, will be
on site to help qualify potential buyers and
answer any questions regarding financing.
Please see C.R. Homes advertisiment for
