(8), that a quorum of the Nye County Board of Commission-
ers, serving as the Board of Trustees of the Nye County Hos-
pital District, will attend a training seminar entitled "Foun-
dations for the Future Board of Trustees,' held Thursday and
Friday, March 13 and 14, 1997, at the Renaissance Nashville
Hotel, 611 Commerce Street, Nashville, Tennessee.
The Commissioners/Trustees will attend the seminar to
gather specific information regarding the responsibilities of
hospital district trustees. No action will be taken and no de-
cisions will be deliberated toward or made by the Commis-[
sioners during the course of the seminar. [
