PV Kiwanians go mad in March
PAHRUMP- Kiwanis president,
Kevin Roberts, announces "March
Manure Madness Month."
"Want manure," he asks. "We've got
it," he says. "100% pure. No addi-
tives. Direct from the source. And,
it's FREE."
Gardeners get your trucks, trailers,
buckets and bins and head for the
Pahrump Dairy located on Basin
just west of Blagg every Saturday
in March from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stock
up on fertilizer for a great growing
eason. This is your opportunity to
Ve to your garden and to help your
town. The cows' gifts are free, but
donations are happily accepted.
Pahrump Dairy will load your
truck or trailer, flee. If you don't
have one, Valley Rock and Gravel
will deliver the manure with dona-
tions accepted for the fund.
Ed Goedhart, new owner of the
Pahrump Dairy, has teamed up with
the Kiwanis to offer all the marvel-
ous manure for the March
fundraiser, and he wants to do more.
Goedhart is aptly named. He will
match all donations up to a total of
$10,000.
All proceeds will be used to fund
Kiwanis Club projects in the com-
munity.
