Rodeo is still alive in our children

Heart and Skill are the twin characteristics that define every one of the young
people who competed in the two rodeos held Saturday and Sunday.
Pahrump cowboys and cowgirls made a strong showing on both days
of the national rodeo where they competed with youngsters from
all over the west. Events tested skills in trail course, bull/steer
riding, team roping, barrel racing, goat tying, pole bending,
reakaway roping, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, and fla
racing. Contestants were divided by age with juniors from 8 to 13
and seniors from 14 to 18 years old. Bob

Team Roping.
